Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: We are a manufacturer with our own production lines for squishy toys. Buying directly from us means factory pricing, stable quality control, flexible customization and faster communication on production details. Factory visits and video calls to see our production line are welcome.

Q: What materials are your squishy toys made of? Are they safe?

A: Our squishies are mainly made of slow-rising PU foam, with TPR and silicone options for some designs. As a factory, we control raw materials from the source and select non-toxic, BPA-free and phthalate-free materials with reference to EN71 and ASTM F963 requirements.

Q: Do you have safety certifications for the US market?

A: Our products are currently under testing at a CPSC-accepted third-party laboratory for ASTM F963 / CPSIA compliance, following the latest US regulations. The test reports and Children's Product Certificate (CPC) will be available soon. Contact us for the latest progress, and we are glad to align the certification scope with your order.

Q: Do your squishy toys have a strong chemical smell?

A: We use low-odor PU foam and let products air out before packing, so under normal conditions there is no strong chemical smell. A slight new-product scent may exist when first unpacked and fades quickly. Scented and unscented versions are both available. We suggest checking a sample first so you can judge for yourself.

Q: How durable are your squishies? Will they burst or tear?

A: Our designs go through squeeze and rebound testing before mass production, and we inspect goods before shipment. Under normal use the foam recovers well and is not easy to crack or burst. If you receive defective pieces, contact us with photos and we will work out a solution together, such as replacement in your next order.

Q: Can you customize squishies with our own design or logo (OEM/ODM)?

A: Yes. As a factory we support OEM/ODM: custom shapes, colors, scents, slow-rising speed, logo printing and packaging. New mold time is usually 1-2 weeks depending on design complexity. MOQ for logo printing on stock designs is relatively low; MOQ and cost for a fully custom mold are discussed case by case. Your custom designs are kept confidential.

Q: Can you help with age grading, warning labels and packaging?

A: Yes. The usual age grading for squishies is 3+ with a small-parts warning. We can print warnings, your importer information and barcodes on OPP bags, header cards or color boxes according to your market requirements. Just share your label requirements and we will follow them.

Q: What is your sample policy and lead time?

A: Stock samples are available with freight collect; custom samples carry a sample fee, which can be discussed and partly returned in your bulk order. Sample time is usually 3-7 days, and bulk production around 15-25 days depending on quantity and season. For Q4 orders we suggest confirming earlier to secure production time. Payment: T/T, Trade Assurance, etc.
